Customers with technical questions related to NUVO equipment should call to get support and resolution of any issues. The technical staff at the factory are prepared to help you troubleshoot a problem on the phone, which can often save time and expense in problem resolution. From your call a decision can be made to make an adjustment, identify a replacement part, or dispatch a Service Technician that can normally be onsite within 24 hours to solve the problem.
